I've been charged multiple times

We're sorry to hear of this inconvenience and will do everything we can do resolve this urgently.

  1. Sometimes extra charges occur as order was being processed internationally.
  2. If the extra charges is different from the amount of your original purchase, please contact your bank constitution for more details.
  3. If your statement showed multiple charges with similar amount, we would suggest for you to recheck the statement the next day as the transaction might have not been processed, therefore the statement showing redundant transaction.
  4. If you’re an American Express cardholder, be aware that there can be a delay in displaying the merchant you’ve made a purchase from. This means that, for a short period of time (usually around 48 hours), your online statement will temporarily show a pending charge from “Hillsong Music”. Once the charge is completed, it will update with more detailed information about the merchant.
  5. For other cases, to help us resolving this matter as quickly as possible, please email resources@hillsong.com and provide us with a few specific details:
    • Your order number
    • The screenshot of the statement where the multiple/additional charges occur
