Declined cards / My order did not go through

Below are a few helpful tips regarding a declined card payment:

  1. Accepted payment methods:

    • Mastercard
    • American Express (excluding USA-based cards)
  2. Check that your credit card is enabled for international purchases

  3. Check that your account has available funds and the expiry date is current

  4. Check that the shipping address on your order matches your bank details
