To update/Change shipping address:
If you are aware that shipping address was entered incorrectly, please note, altering/updating address on your MyHillsong or Hillsong Resources account will not change the address linked to the order, as all the information has already been sent to the shipping team.
If you would like to change the wrong address please contact us at resources@hillsong.com or via the online chat as soon as possible.
Please note, order details is available to be altered with conditions:
- Order is placed during 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday) Australia Time or 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday) Pacific Time
- If you send us notification (chat with our Customer Care or email resources@hillsong.com as soon as possible (ideally within the first 4 hours after order is placed)
- For pre-order items
We could not guarantee successful update request when submitted outside the conditions above.
