There are a few options for requesting a refund depending on whether a user subscribed via the iOS App or the Hillsong Kids Curriculum site. Please note, all refunds are subject to review and approval on a case by case basis.
As a reminder, the BiG+ Subscription is a 12-Month commitment which commences at the end of the free trial when the first payment is processed. We understand there may be circumstances that require a cancellation and that every situation is different. We cannot guarantee that every refund request will be approved.
The first payment has been processed and I forgot to cancel, can I receive a refund?
Yes, however, we require that the cancellation and refund request is sent to our team within a reasonable time frame (ie, 1-2 weeks after the payment has been processed).
My subscription has been active for 12 months and I would like to cancel, what should I do?
In the event a subscriber no longer wishes to continue their subscription past the 12 months, we encourage subscribers to be sure to cancel prior to the end of the 12th month. However, if they forget to cancel and their account is charged, they may request a refund within the reasonable time frame (1-2 weeks after payment is processed).
