I purchased the wrong media format and wish to exchange it, what can I do?

We have listed a few scenarios below:

  • If you have just sent through your order and realised you meant to purchase the digital format instead of the physical, please contact us immediately so that we can cancel your order before it ships.

  • If we are not able to catch your order before it is processed through our warehouse, we are unable to stop the order from being shipped. We will be able to send through a return label after you have received the package. Once your order has been returned to our warehouse in good condition, we will be able to arrange a refund.

  • If you intended to purchase the physical set instead of the digital set, please do not access the digital resource. You are welcome to place a new order for the physical format of the same resource from our website at this link, hillsongstore.com. Once you have placed your new order, please contact us so that we can cancel and refund the order containing the digital resource.
